Gentle Waters is about gently soothing a loved one.

Gentle Waters is a tranquil combination of the warm, contemplative sounds of Wendy Solomon's cello and the rich, resonant colours of Bev Foster's piano. The range of music extends through a variety of styles that speak intergenerationally. Whether you are the one facing the transition, a family member, friend, health care or spiritual care professional, Gentle Waters will profoundly touch your heart and help you find inner peace.

Gentle Waters is my first totally instrumental CD for Room 217. My hope is that it will fill the gap when words are not required or all has been said, or when language may represent a barrier to communication.

Piano: Bev Foster
