About James Isaacs

James Isaacs is a professional oboist based in Los Angeles, California. In addition to playing in local Symphony Orchestras and recording, Mr. Isaacs travels extensively recording and performing. His recording credits include Brian Doerksen's albums "You Shine" and "Today," as well as a number of recordings in Korea with Scott Brenner and multiple recordings for Vineyard Music Group. He studied Oboe and Conducting and earned a Master's degree in Music at the University of Southern California and he recently earned his Doctorate of Musical Arts Degree (DMA) from the University of Southern California.
